Responsibilities of the Position:

The Chief of Staff of Area 51 is obligated to oversee and maintain all members of the President's Cabinet. He is responsible for delegating orders of the President and Vice President of Area 51 in an efficient manner. The Chief of Staff has the ability to assume authority from any of the departments on the President's Cabinet. All actions taken by the Chief of Staff may be repealed by the President or Vice President.

Biography and Acquisition:

Nuno joined the A51Clan on March 13 of 2007. After a few months he was asked to take the Commanding Officer position of the Swat4 Battalion. Nuno accepted without reservation. he stepped down to the Swat4 XO position to let the current XO step up to become the CO. After fulfilling his duties of training the former XO to be the best CO he could be, Nuno stepped down from his XO position to let others move up and take the lead. A few months later, Nuno was again asked to become yet another Commanding Officer, the CO of the War Rock Battalion. After some though and reflection, he accepted the position and proceeded to do great things for the clan and his battalion. Soon, he felt that his XO was ready to become the CO of the WarRock battalion and stepped down to the XO position again to let His XO become the new CO. After a few months he was ready to take a short lived break from the duties of command and became a regular member. The clan looking to add a new battalion to mix, Nuno suggested Combat Arms and was appointed the new CO for Combat Arms. After a short period of time, Nuno was called upon to take the position of Call of Duty 4 CO, which he accepted gladly. After fine-tuning the CoD4 battalion to a very fine killing machine, he again stepped down to allow the XO to step up and have a go at running the battalion. Nuno wanted to move on to better things and asked if he could start a new battalion for WolfTeam. After the battalion was created, he was again assigned the CO for the new WolfTeam battalion. After a good attempt at making it work, Nuno moved on to the CO position of the new Battalion Project Torque where he was able to provide his clan mates with a fun and well-structured place to play a fun racing game. After the makers of Project Torque closed the game, Nuno asked the clan leaders if he could start yet another battalion. After he received the blessing of the higher-ups, Nuno started and became the CO of Rainbow6 Vegas2.  Yet again he felt that he had trained his XO to be a good CO and allowed his XO to step up as the new CO for R6V2 and he assumed the role of R6V2 XO. Nuno decided to take a well-deserved break from teaching and battalion operations and stepped down to become a regular member. After turning down countless offers for promotion into the ranks of the executive side of the clan, Nuno finally, accepted Merlin’s offer to become the newest Chief of Staff.
