The Area 51 Clan!

Purpose of the Department of Justice:

The Department of Justice of Area 51 originated with the initial founding of the clan. Its sole purpose is to maintain the enforcement of clan rules and invoking penalties to all violators of established policies.

Responsibilities of the Department of Justice:

The Department of Justice is charged with maintaining the peace, integrity and rule obedience of Area 51. The Department of Justice is the department solely in charge of determining proper penalties for each violation against the rules of Area 51. Rule Enforcement Officers are a part of the Department of Justice.

Biography and Acquisition:

Mark had joined the clan on July 15, 2008 after being told about the clan by another member. As soon as Mark joined, he took extreme interest in the Rule Enforcement Department. After familiarizing himself with the rules and policies of the clan, he took the proper steps to become a Rule Enforcement Trainee with the Call of Duty 4 Battalion. After a short while Mark was then promoted to be a Senior Rule Enforcement Officer within the Call of Duty 4 Battalion. After about a month, Mark was then offered the position of Chief Rule Enforcement Officer. He had accepted the position and served there for ten days when he was found suitable to perform the duties of the Deputy Attorney General. After proving his worth as the Deputy Attorney General he was promoted to the Attorney General a short while later. After a few months, he was asked to fulfill the duties of the Secretary of Defense. He had transferred over to the Department of Defense. After fulfilling his duties of Secretary of Defense, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 was released and Mark felt the need to kill again. Mark had stepped down from Secretary of Defense having Deathdealer take the position after him. He had then served as the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Commanding Officer. After filling his need to kill, Mark was reassigned to the Department of Defense as the Deputy Secretary of Defense, under Deathdealer's command. A few months later Deathdealer had stepped down from Secretary of Defense and Mark had then assumed that role once again. After another few months, Mark was asked to, once again, fulfill the duties of the Attorney General for he had much knowledge and experience in that department. After the Executive Command came to an agreement a few weeks later, Mark was offered to serve as the Vice President of Area 51. After serving as Vice President for a month, President Infamous had stepped down due to personal reasons. Mark had then assumed the role of President. After a short amount of time, Mark had stepped down from Executive Command. Mark stayed at the General rank for quite a while. Once again, Mark was offered the position of Attorney General, which is where he currently resides.
